Darren Altman's Britain's Got Talent impressions include Ant and Dec!

Darren Altman is hoping to become the first impressionist ever to win Britain's Got Talent this year.

The dad currently works as a voice over artist for radio and TV ads but is hoping this could be his big break onto the screen himself.

Well, himself still doing voices of other people, obviously.

Among the impressions lined up for his audition are Ant and Dec, which don't quite seem to impress the Geordie duo who are watching on from the sidelines.

Although the judges look like they're LOVING Darren's audition.

Will it be four yeses? Watch Darren's full try out and see if he gets through when Britain's Got Talent returns to ITV on Saturday night at 7PM.

Other acts in the opening episode this weekend include foot juggling circus act The Togni Brothers and 12-year-old singer Beau Dermott.

There's also a trio of belly dancers plus a dodgy ventriloquist that prompts Simon to have a go himself, with Amanda as his puppet.

Another act in the opening episode of auditions on Saturday evening could be Britain's Got Talent's most dangerous yet.

Simon Cowell teased this week: "I think, no, I know you're going to see the most dangerous act you've ever seen on Britain's Got Talent... and it doesn't involve a dog."

You're NOT going to want to miss it.

Britain’s Got Talent, Saturday 9th April ITV, 7 pm
