David Walliams and Simon Cowell apparently almost came to BLOWS on the set of Britain's Got Talent 2016 recently after the latter played a cheeky game for Britain's Got More Talent.

Stephen Mulhern, host of the ITV2 spin-off show, asked Simon to rank all of the talent contest's judges from over the years to mark its tenth series.

Needless to say, David wasn't best pleased when the media supremo put him in last place.

"It all kicked off when we did Simon’s favourites," Stephen explained at a press event yesterday. "There’s been ten judges over ten series, which is pure coincidence, and we played a game with Simon where he had to put his favourite judges in order from ten down to one.

"Obviously number one, he put himself. He put David straight at number ten. I think you (Amanda) were fourth, and then he put Carmen Electra as second, and you (Alesha) third.

"Amanda picked up a cake and threw it, and David and Simon nearly had a physical fight!"

Amanda remarked that "big man" David could "squish" Simon - but the Little Britain funnyman of course had a different take on the incident.

"It was highly erotic!" he exclaimed. "It was like that scene in Women In Love, where they wrestle!"

On Carmen's brief spell as a guest judge on the panel in 2012, David joked: "The lengths Simon will go to to try and get off with Carmen Electra! Just call her, I'm not sure you have to put her on the telly!"

It appeared Amanda had forgot it ever happened - "I was in a coma!" she smirked - but she did recall another spat between the boys that saw her and Alesha Dixon walk out.

"Two years ago, we went for a cup of tea. We’d had enough of the egos battling over what cars they’ve got, who’s funnier, who’s got more money. We just left and David was really upset."

We're sure there's plenty more drama to look forward to on the new series of Britain's Got Talent, starting this Saturday at 7.00pm on ITV.
