Britain's Got Talent 2015: Ella Shaw WOWS with original song 'Summertime'

Ella Shaw

18-year-old Ella Shaw wows the Britain's Got Talent 2015 judges in tonight's show with her own song Summertime.

In an audition that echoes that of Ella Henderson on The X Factor, Ella impresses the panel with both her singing and songwriting skills.

The teenager even looks a lot like Ella H, although sounds a lot more like Sara Bareilles.

Hoping to make her parents proud, Ella performs her original song ‘Summertime’ and plays piano for the judges in this evening's latest auditions.

Ella says that the track is about "summer without somebody, but it's still a happy time of the year," and adds that she has "bookfuls" of other tracks she's already written.

As Ella sings, her parents watch on from the audience seeming even more nervous than she is.

After the performance and Alesha Dixon brands Ella "one to watch" while David Walliams says she was "brave" to sing her own song.

And Simon Cowell tells her: "You're mega, mega talented."

But not all of the singers get such a positive reception from the judges on this evening's episode.

Another wannabe also tries to win over the judges with their own song about DUST MITES.

David Walliams quips: "It was the best song about dust mites we've heard today."

Other auditionees in tonight's episode include a shocking magician, a comedy trampolinist (yes, that's a thing, apparently) and a balloon popping dog.

Britain's Got Talent airs tonight at 8PM on ITV.
