It was quite the opener at the weekend with a total of 15 acts going before the panel and eight winning a spot in the next round, one of which putting on a golden buzzer winning performance.

Marc Metral and Wendy

With over 1.5 million viewers in just a couple of days, Marc Metral and his 'talking' dog Wendy take the top spot. While Simon Cowell and the other judges were impressed, there's been claims of cruelty after the show aired with the RSPCA investigating.


Calum Scott

Singer Calum Scott wowed Simon with his performance of Robyn's Dancing On My Own, winning a spot in the live shows after the music mogul slammed his golden buzzer for the musician from Hull.


Billy and Emily England

Billy and Emily England's dizzying roller skating performance looked close to ending in major injury at one point. The dangerous routine paid off with the sibling duo scoring four yeses from the judges.


Matt McCreary

Matt McCreary brought Free Running to Britain's Got Talent this year with his routine, pranking the judges halfway through with a staged fall before leaping over hosts Ant and Dec.


Ruby Red Performers

The Ruby Red Performers closed Saturday's opening episode with a surprise dance routine that saw the ladies strip down to underwear while dancing to a medley of music hits.
