Britain's Got Talent judges David Walliams and Simon Cowell repeatedly clashed during auditions of this year's show.
The new series of Britain's Got Talent kicks off this Saturday night as the try outs begin, having been filmed earlier this year.
David and Simon bickered more than ever, with Simon apparently angry at David's jokes and lack of "constructive comments"
A source claimed: “Simon knows that makes great TV but he still wants the panel to do their job. He considers the search for talent a very serious business.
“He got very angry at David during one audition for giving really bland comments. He turned and said ‘You’re just being lazy – sort it out’ and the other judges agreed with him.”
Speaking about the new series at the weekend, David admitted that he spent plenty of time winding up Simon after he beat the boss to be named Best TV Judge at the National Television Awards.
"I loved winding him up, saying that I got 98 per cent of the vote, Cheryl got 1 per cent, Mary Berry got 1 per cent and he got zero," David confessed. "He’s got ten million Twitter followers but he still couldn’t get them to vote for him, so what does that say? That they follow him just out of ghoulish fascination?"
The Britain's Got Talent 2015 start date has been confirmed for this Saturday night at 8PM.
