Britain's Got Talent 2015 start date confirmed: New series begins on April 11

When does Britain's Got Talent 2015 start on TV?

The Britain's Got Talent 2015 start date has been confirmed, with the new series back on TV on April 11.

ITV have today confirmed just when the new series of BGT starts on the telly with the launch date set for April 11, at 8PM.

The show will run until 9:25PM for its premiere episode before Stephen Mulhern has all of the backstage gossip, plus unseen auditions, over on ITV2 with spin-off show More Talent.

Simon Cowell, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden are all back as judges on Britain's Got Talent 2015, with hosts Ant and Dec also on stage as always.

Spoilers from auditions have included everything from a hynotizing dog to a Playboy model magician, as well as the usual dancers and singers.

During filming of auditions earlier this year, things got tense as securty stepped in after an act fought with the judges, while the judges themselves bickered after getting involved in a 'race row'.

As always, we'll have all the news, pictures, video, spoilers and gossip from the show throughout the series, beginning with next week's launch where we'll be on the red carpet with the judges.
