Britain's Got Talent 2014 finalists Bars and Melody release their cover of Hopeful this week.

The pair's take on Twist and Faith Evans track Hope is available to download now through Simon Cowell’s Syco record label.

The song had originally made it into the Top 25 of the chart when first released almost a decade ago and returned to the Top 40 after BAM performed it at both their audition and in the live final.

Bars and Melody – Leondre and Charlie – have now released their cover of the song which includes an original rap.

Charlie said: “It’ a dream come true.”

Speaking last week, Leondre said: "Simon's given us such an amazing opportunity, it's absolutely amazing."

He added: "It's absolutely insane! It's amazing to have fans, without them we wouldn't be here. We love them all so much"

Charlie said: "I can't believe it. If it wasn't for [Simon] we wouldn't be where we are today."

And the duo have a big celeb fan in Ellen DeGeneres, with Charlie saying: "She's been really, really supportive of us, she's always tweeting us out."

As well as working on their single, Leo and Charlie have also become anti-bullying ambassadors for the Princess Diana awards
