The musical theatre five piece win the chance to perform at this year's Royal Variety Performance, as well as taking home a cash prize of £250, 000.
Earlier this evening, the ten finalists - Bars and Melody, Lucy Kay, Darcy Oake, Lettice Rowbotham, The Addict Initiative, Yanis Marshall & co, Collabro, Jack Pack, Paddy & Nico and James Smith - all performed for the panel.
Joining them was impressionist Jon Clegg, who was revealed as the wild card in a phone call from David Walliams.
The live show also saw appearances from Little Mix, Diversity and Cheryl Cole.
After they had cleared the stage, it was over to Ant and Dec who revealed tonight's BGT results.
The Geordie duo revealed that Lucy Kay, Collabro and Bars and Melody were in the top three, before announcing crowning Collabro the Britain's Got Talent 2014 winner.
Lucy joked: "I knew they would win from the start, I should've put a bet on it! And to the guy that bet £1,000 on me, I'm so sorry!"
Collabro remarked: "We'd just like to thank everyone who voted, you're absolutely amazing!"
