Earlier tonight we saw the final set of nine acts do their thing for the judges' and us viewers.
This evening saw the fifth and final set of nine acts perform live with dancers Paddy and Nico, singer Bailey McConnell and impressionist (sort of) Jenson Zhu amongst the contestants competing for a place in the final.
They were up against vocal swing group Jack Pack, male diva Andrew Derbyshire and ballroom performers Kings and Queens.
As well as that, body popper Kieran Lai, drag act La Voix and Meat Loaf tribute act Peat Loaf an Elaine all also performed for a spot in the final live show.
After all had performed live the lines opened for 30 minutes but closed in tonight's results show, which saw a special guest appearance from last year's champs Attraction and runners up Richard and Adam.
In the nerve wrecking results announcement, hosts Ant and Dec first announced that with the most votes, vocal swing group Jack Pack had won a guaranteed spot in the live final.
They then announced that ballroom dancers Paddy & Nico and singer Bailey McConnell had received the next most votes from the public and that the judges would decide which would be joining Jack Pack in the final.
Simon Cowell voted: "I'm going to go with Bailey."
David Walliams said: "It's so hard because you can't compare the two. I've no doubt Bailey will go on to become a huge star, but I think tonight belonged to Paddy and Nico."
Alesha Dixon said: "Oh my Goodness, I love you both, my heart is telling me to go with Paddy and Nico!"
Amanda Holden, who gave Paddy and Nico her golden buzzer act, voted for the pair to go to the final with three votes to one.
What did you you make of the results? Give us your reaction to tonight's last live semi-final show in the comments!
