It's time for the penultimate round of Britain's Got Talent 2014 auditions
First up tonight is a familiar face to reality telly fans having competed in the show back in 2011 as well a Got To Dance. This time around Mary Sumah- Keh, a 48 year old support worker from London, performs a stand-up comedy routine with props but will it be third time lucky?
Also very much coming under the 'wacky' category of acts tonight is Tessa Dean, a one man (or woman) band act and Johnny Smith, who shows off his dubious talent for accents.
Then we meet Lee Evans-esque Ricky K who performs a comedy mime routine based on a story of love to a medley of music.
With Simon Cowell then leaving the panel for the birth of his baby, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden are left to get up to mischief.
Drag act La Voix & The London Gay Big Band are just one of the contestants who benefit from Simon's absence as David tells them: "I know Simon loves drag acts so I’m saying, yes for Simon."
The Prawn, also known as Joe, has the judges won over with his own song and dance move, also called The Pawn, while a second drag act Tom also gets the trio of judges on their feet.
But it's not all fun and games with Simon away as One Direction hitmaker Ed Drewett is next before the panel. Ed makes no secret of his past history on the show, revealing how he has written tracks including All Time Low and Glad You Came by The Wanted and Best Song Ever by One Direction.
This time Ed is performing for himself and singing his own original song Blink which prompts Amanda to say: "I am totally gutted that Mr Simon Cowell isn’t here because I think he would love you."
Auditions then continue with Simon back on the panel with another batch of variety acts.
There's the self-explanatory UK Doggy Disco as well as Great Scott, a boylesque dance act in (not much) costume, and Eddie Variety who performs the world’s smallest disco for the judges, wearing BGT's best ever costume.
Another taste of something completely different follows in the form of Kony Puppets, a troupe of creepy but cool life size puppets who perform a Beyoncé dance routine. It's definitely one to watch out for.
Auditions plod along next with the usual mix of singers and dancers as Simon disappears and then reappears on the panel in some dubious editing.
They include pole dancer Emma Haslam and the second Got To Dance act of the night, Mini Moves, who made the final of the Sky1 series last year.
"Jazzy" 18-year-old Henrietta Adewole impresses with a cover of Let Her Go whle 'Why aren't you on X Factor' girl group SweetChix sing a medley of She Said by Plan B and Back to Black by Amy Winehouse.
And the singers just keep on coming with a bit of musical theatre.
There are performances from La Cage aux Folles, Joseph and the Techni-coloured Dream coat nad Funny Girl as John James Glass, Richard Bayton and Jodi Bird all sing... but just one of the trio manages to win over Simon.
He is forced into admitting: "I may have acted a little bit prematurely there. I'm not crazy about those songs and I did cut you off too short and I apologise… "
