The Britain's Got Talent 2014 judges were left surprised by blow up dolls at yesterday's auditions in Birmingham.
The panel - Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon - were in the city for the first time this year to start three days worth of filming.
It sounds like Day One was full of laughs with pictures from inside the ICC venue showing a giggling David posing next to a rather embarrassed Simon... and a blow up doll made up to look like the music mogul.
The resemblance was rather uncanny, right down to the accurate chest hair, although we can't but feeling that the plastic doll did appear to have a bit of a more animated face than the real thing.
BGT judge Amanda tweeted the pictures below with the simple caption of "WTF".
And the show's warm up comic Roycey tweeted: "Fantastic day 1 in Birmingham - @GotTalent. Some blow up dolls, a giant feather duster, and rollerskating and that's just in my hotel room!"
Roycey also teased a rather daring audition which saw Simon himself go up on the stage to take part in.
"OMG @SimonCowell is seriously about to risk his life on stage at @GotTalent Utter genius!" he wrote online.
The official BGT press Twitter was also giving away some gossip from behind the scenes, tweeting: "Great first day in Birmingham... Lots of talent, lots of variety and lots of laughs. Just what we like #BGTBirmingham #Auditions"
They later added: "Every year we think we've seen EVERYTHING... and every year we're just plain WRONG. #BGTBirmingham #Auditions"
Meanwhile it seems that David was unimpressed with Simon, with the comedian tweeting to his followers from the auditions: "@SimonCowell is being especially annoying today. #BGTBirmingham"
After Birmingham this weekend, the Britain's Got Talent auditions will continue their tour with visits to both Manchester and London.
The show will air on ITV in the Spring.
