Britain's Got Talent 2013 duo Richard and Adam have been signed to Sony Music, it's been revealed.
The Welsh brothers made the final of this year's show, finishing in third spot behind teenage comic Jack Carroll and eventual winners Attraction.
But missing out on the top spot hasn't cost the pair, who are now set to release their cover of The Impossible Dream at the end of this month on July 29.
“We are so ecstatic to be signed with Sony Music," Richard and Adam said in a statement. “We absolutely love singing and want to bring classical music to all ages through our voices and debut album.”
The pair's manager, Jonathan Shalit, commented: “When I first saw Richard and Adam audition on BGT with their wonderful tenor and baritone voices I was beyond excited.
“The beauty of their harmonies is quite extraordinary and gave me flashbacks to the Righteous Brothers – who of course were not actually brothers, which Richard & Adam are.”
The duo will be the second of this year's acts to release music, with 14-year-old singer Gabz Gardiner having released her self-penned track The One this week.
