Britain's Got Talent 2013 magician Stevie Pink reckons he's the next Susan Boyle!

Steven only formed his ‘Stevie Pink’ act in December 2012, but he has been performing for 20 years.

He has done magic since he was a child and gave up a career in property to pursue a career in magic, and the decision paid off when his act got four yeses from the judges after they were left perplexed by how he performed his levitation illusion.

But Stevie's audition did see a few buzzers, and he claimed: "They realised they’d made a big mistake.

"Their first impression wasn’t the right one. My audition was a bit of a Susan Boyle moment."

The extravert magician will be performing on tonight's latest semi-final, competing against the likes of Rosie O'Sullivan and MC Boy, but Stevie reckons his personality will give him the edge.

"They were desperate for an over-the-top variety act a bit like Rylan on last year’s X Factor," he told the Daily Mail. "Magicians like Dynamo are very cool nowadays and a bit grungy, but showbiz should be glamorous, sparkly and fun. That’s what I do."

Britain's Got Talent 2013 airs tonight, live on ITV from 7:30PM.
