Britain's Got Talent 2013: Johnson Brothers reckon they're 'not good enough' for The Voice

Johnson Brothers

Britain's Got Talent 2013 stars Richard and Adam Johnson have said they didn't feel they were good enough for The Voice.

The operatic duo wowed the BGT judges at the weekend to go through to the next round of auditions with four yeses from the panel.

We caught up with the Welsh brothers this week for a chat, and they admitted they had originally thought about auditioning for the BBC talent show The Voice, but didn't think they were good enough.

Richard explained: "With the voice, we thought about it but, I thin we've always been a bit too nervous to do it just in case we're not good enough."

Now the pair are happy with their decision, adding: "It's been nice to have the response we've had and we feel like we deserve our place here [on BGT]."

However the duo have come under some criticism this week after it was revealed they had already released an album and even been in talks with Sony music about being signed.

A spokesperson for BGT commented: "Anyone can apply for Britain’s Got Talent whether they are professional or amateur, irrespective of past experience and all contestants are auditioned on merit.”
