Simon Cowell has embarrassed fellow Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden after she was involved in a banana incident!
At a press launch for the new series yesterday, the media mogul was quizzed on whether he's asked for any scenes involving David Walliams - who affectionately refers to him as 'My Simon' - to be cut from the edit.
However, he gave a rather unexpected answer that left poor Amanda rather red-faced!
"I'll be honest with you, it's Amanda's stuff we have to cut out," he quipped. "I don't know if it's going to appear on ITV2, but we asked her to demonstrate how she would eat a banana.
"I've gotta tell you, one of the best pieces of TV you'll ever not see. Outstanding!"
"But I'm the nice mummy of the panel," she responded. "Tell me it's not available anywhere!"
Amanda isn't the first person to have gotten frisky with the fruit on reality telly - last August, former Coronation Street actress Julie Goodyear created one of the most memorable moments in Celebrity Big Brother history when she was fed by a hunky cherub.
Britain's Got Talent returns to our screens this Saturday at 7.00pm on ITV, with More Talent following afterwards on ITV2.
