Today is D Day for the successful Britain’s Got Talent 2013 auditionees, as the judges decided who would be making the live shows.
Thousands applied and auditioned for the new series, which will see one act walk away with a massive £500,000 cash prize in a grand final.
There were auditions in Cardiff, London, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow throughout January and February with all sorts of acts going before the panel in the hope of getting a yes.
Only a few hundred have made the cut after showing off their talents in front of this year's Britain's Got Talent judges, Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Amanda Holden.
But with only limited spaces in the live shows, the panel today have to decide who to cut and who to keep.
David Walliams tweeted this afternoon: "It's BGT deliberation day today.
"Us judges have put through nearly 200 acts, and now we have to chose just 45 for the live semi-finals."
Hosts Ant and Dec added: “Today, judges decide on and reveal the semi finalists. On our way to chat to the acts”
Auditions for Britain’s Got Talent 2013 will air on ITV next month, with David tweeting that the launch date was currently set for April 13.
Meanwhile the BGT live show finalists short list will be revealed in May, with the live shows reportedly set for the first week of June.
