The performer made the live shows of the Sky1 series back in 2011 when she was just sixteen.
Lauren famously clashed with her own mum on the show, with disagreements between the pair about Lauren's passion.
Her mum said: “Lauren just wants to dance and I want her to study and it causes real friction. I would rather it was a hobby than a career."
However Lauren was confident about dancing, saying: “when I was younger my dream was to be a lawyer, but when I started dancing I realised that was my passion.”
Lauren went on to wow the judges and make it through to the live shows, with Kimberly Wyatt gushing: “You’re an unbelievable dancer. You’re all heart and soul. You’re definitely a front runner. You’re brilliant.”
And former BGT winner Ashley Banjo told her: “Some people are born to do certain things. You were born to do that.
“The energy came out of your fingers and your toes. You’re my favourite contender so far.”
Unfortunately for Lauren she narrowly missed out on the Got To Dance final but has now moved to BGT.
The dancer went before the judges this month as the try outs for the latest series concluded in Birmingham at the weekend.
But while Lauren had three gold stars from the Got To Dance judges, will the BGT panel be as impressed?
