One auditionee at this week's Britain's Got Talent 2013 try outs even made Simon Cowell well up.
The usually hard faced music mogul and his fellow judges were left in awe of one performer who had overcome severe encephalitis, an inflammation of the brain, to perform at the London Palladium this week.
It hadn't been a brilliant week for talent at the try outs in the capital, with a stubborn Simon refusing to say yes to most acts.
Tweeting earlier in the week, David Walliams revealed: "Simon Cowell has only said yes to one BGT contestant at the auditions in London today...!"
When we spoke to the man himself at the launch of the BGT London auditions on Sunday, Simon told us he was only after the best talent and was working the show's producers hard.
And one act proved the wait worthwhile, as she received a standing ovation after her performance in front of a crowd of 3,000 this week.
Simon Cowell told her it was the "easiest yes" he's ever given.
And that's quite a comment from the telly boss, who has judged on shows across the world for a decade now.
Unfortunately soon after the acts were back to the weird and wacky that we've come to expect - and enjoy - from the Britain's Got Talent auditions.
Simon ended up getting rather angry at one determined hopeful who refused to stop their act despite being buzzed out by all four judges.
The show will air on ITV this Spring.
