A man on fire diving 25 metres into a pool was just one act to wow the Britain's Got Talent 2013 auditions this week.
David Walliams, Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden were back together in Wales as the auditions for the new series kicked off.
And this year the acts are bigger and more daring than ever.
Stunt group La Quebrada High Diving Productions - which includes Tom Daley’s Olympic diving partner Peter Waterfield - impressed with a routine outside.
The group were seen diving into a pool before their routine climaxed with one of the team setting themselves on fire before diving into the water.
A show source said: “Simon always wants something explosive and he got it. It was amazing.
An onlooker added: “It was incredible. One of the performers set himself ablaze before leaping off the platform into the water. It was a show-stopping act.”
Other acts who impressed included a musician of sorts who performed a Westlife track using an iPad app.
And another act caused a row on the panel after they performed a song about David.
The comic quipped to Simon Cowell: “Don’t get jealous! Just because I have a song about me and you don’t!”
Britain's Got Talent will air on ITV later in the Spring.
