Britain's Got Talent 2013 auditions find winner in Wales?

David Walliams (Britain's Got Talent 2013)

The winner of Britain's Got Talent 2013 has already been found, according to Simon Cowell.

Although we don't think that means that the judges will stop the auditions and pat themselves on the back for a good job well done.

According to comic David Walliams, the talent at the first try outs of he new series in Wales this week was higher than ever.

He tweeted: "Simon thinks we may have found the winner of BGT 2013 in Cardiff today."

However it seems that - as usual - the talent was mixed in with plenty of crazy and the weird.

David added: "Blimey there have been some nutters auditioning for BGT today in Cardiff...!"

Meanwhile the official Britain's Got Talent Twitter feed teased: "Which judge just put their hand up and said: "Sorry I was wrong" for the first time in recorded history? #BGTCardiffā€¯

They later added about one act: "1ST STANDING OVATION! And... a double thumbs up from @SimonCowell! #BGT

"'You don't know how good you are.'- @SimonCowell to [EDITED]"

We already can't wait for the show to return!

The BGT auditions continue at the weekend in London, with the series back on ITV in the Spring.
