Big Brother 2012's Deana: 'I'm not going to win'

Deana Uppal (Big Brother 2012)

With just over a week to go until the Big Brother 2012 final, Deana and Luke A have been discussing their chances of winning.

Despite surviving multiple evictions and getting cheered by the crowd, the pair were quick to rule themselves out of the running.

Speaking to Luke over breakfast, Deana admitted she had been nervous about going last night after being more vocal in the Diary Room.

And she admitted that, now she didn't expect to win, she would be more honest.

"What I realised is, I am not going to win anyway, so there's no point trying to hide your personality or opinions," she said. "You want to leave here being proud and having aired your opinions."

She continued: "Obviously winning would be very nice, and I'm not going to lie, I need the money but then you can always make that amount of money in life but you can't buy this experience."

"It's not about the winning anyway for me," Luke A replied, who previous declared he'd win the show "if it killed me" during his audition.

He added: "I want to make it to the final, I'd rather have the acceptance than the money."
