Big Brother 2012: Conor apologises over "vile" Deana rant

Evicted Big Brother housemate Conor has apologised for his rant against Deana, describing it himself as "vile".

More than 1,000 complained to TV watchdog Ofcom over the rant, which aired back in June.

Explaining the comments on Bit On The Side last night, Conor said: "I understand where [the viewers] are coming from. What I said was totally out out of order, if I have upset somebody I am extremely sorry."

He went on: "You've got to think of it form my point of view, it came out of complete anger. It was absolutely vile, I don't know where it came out of, if you look back I've never said anything like that before."

And Conor took a swipe at Luke A and Adam for using Deana as part of their gameplans.

"She wasn't a threat, if she didn't have Adam or Luke A she would be walking about like a zombie. I think Adam and Luke have her in their group because they're both playing a serious game."
