Scandal-hit former Take Me Out contestant Aaron Withers apparently wants to 'do a Frankie Cocozza' by appearing on Channel 5's Big Brother.
The 32-year-old was dropped from the ITV1 dating programme last month after it emerged that he used to be a £50-an-hour male escort, and was convicted for assaulting a woman and her boyfriend in a pub.
According to the Daily Star, he now hopes that Big Brother producers will give him a chance to prove to viewers that he's not a 'bad guy' after turning up at the show's Cardiff auditions over the weekend.
Cocozza was famously axed from The X Factor amid allegations he took drugs, but managed to change his public perception during last month's Celebrity Big Brother, eventually finishing in second place.
Aaron said: "I felt I got a rough ride on ITV and was treated badly."
Other hopefuls included 'gym rat' Kash Dholliwar, and Paul Carrington, an ex-stripper who once appeared on sitcom Benidorm.
Big Brother returns to our screens in the summer, with auditions continuing this week in Manchester.
