Telly producers have admitted that they're after attractive housemates for Big Brother 2012 later this year.
As auditions for the latest series of the show kicked off in Cardiff this week, Channel 5 bosses claimed that good looks were part of being a "good housemate".
Last year's first series of the show on Channel 5 was the first to feature a group of housemates under 30, many of whom had previously careers as models.
Speaking at the start of this year's Big Brother auditions, the show's creative director Gavin Henderson said that producers were after good looks as well as interesting personalities.
He said: “You always cast the most interesting characters, but part of a good housemate is the way they look. We look to find good characters that are also attractive.”
Big Brother 2012 will hit screens in May this year.
