The Celebrity Big Brother 2011 housemates will get a nasty shock when they enter the Big Brother house tonight, the show's host Brian Dowling has revealed. The Irish telly presenter teased that Big Brother was already plotting a nasty twist for the group, with a second live show planned for tomorrow.
The housemates will enter in tonight's live launch at 9PM, but they'll find there’s a surprise in store for them at the end of the show.
Brian Dowling teased: "It's something that will affect their time in the house. I can't reveal the surprise. Wait and see."
The twist is sure to shake things up, with another live show planned for just 24 hours after the launch tomorrow at 9PM.
Producer Gavin Henderson added: "Traditionally Friday nights are big live shows for 'Big Brother'. That could mean someone will either be leaving or arriving in a big way."
Rumours are that one of Kerry Katona's ex-boyfriends may join her in the house in a bid to cause friction, with both Mark Croft and Brian McFadden, star of Westlife, being linked to the programme.
It was rumoured that Mark had been offered £20,000 to enter the house in the hope of clashes between the pair, who split last year.
“I’d pray Mark Croft wasn’t in there,” Kerry said. “But I wouldn’t mind Brian McFadden.”
But she added: “I hardly think they are going to put Mark Croft in the house.
“If I’m considered a D-lister then he must be a Z-lister. If he is in the house, then I’d have to call pest control and have the place fumigated!”
However Kerry's feelings for Brian are quite different: “Kerry’s been saying it’d break her heart being in the house with him because pat of her still loves him,” a pal said. They added: “She hasn’t been around him for a great amount of time since they spilt – it could really wreck her head.”
Celebrity Big Brother 2011 starts tonight at 9PM on Channel 5.
