X Factor starlet Stacey Solomon has insisted she won't be taking part in Celebrity Big Brother 2011 on Channel 5 this year. The former X Factor finalist, who finished third on the hit reality talent series back in 2009, added she'd rather host the show than enter the house.
Asked whether she'd be taking part in anymore reality shows anytime soon, Stacey told new! magazine this week: "No, I'm all reality-ed out!
"I can confirm that I will not be doing Celebrity Big Brother!"
The brunette beauty, who is currently recording her debut album, has moved into presenting as well as singing since leaving the show, having fronted ITV1 primetime show Sing If You Can alongside Keith Lemon.
Stacey previously said: “I’d much rather host the show than be on it. After ‘I’m A Celebrity’ I will give reality TV a break. But as a host I could definitely get the contestants on side."
The cheeky Essex girl added: Then I could stir things up a bit.”
And the tabloid favourite revealed she turned down a role in ITV2 reality series TOWIE. Stacey told the Daily Star: “I was offered a part in ‘The Only Way Is Essex’. But I just couldn’t do it. I love the show but it’s just not me.
“People need to realise the whole of Essex is not like that. It’s a big county and I think Essex people are embarrassed by the show. People think we’re all like that.”
