T4 presenter Alice Levine and Holy Moly's Jamie East have been aounced as helping out Emma Willis on new Channel 5 Big Brother spin off 'Bit On The Side'. The new fanzine show will air weeknights in a late night following the highlights show, starting from August 18 when Celrbrity Big Brother kicks off.
Former Big Brother winner Josie Gibson will also appear on the show, acitng as a roving reporter for two nights of the week.
The hour long show - described by main host Emma as a "mix of Big Brother's Little Brother and Big Mouth" - will feature exclusive clips, news and reactions from the house, plus celebrity guests and live debates in the studio. A live audience full of Big Brother fans will also be on hand to give their views through the shows.
Emma said: “We’ll have debates and audience interaction, VTs from other participating members of the team, exclusive clips, exclusive news and lots of guests, whether they’re celeb fans or ex housemates or specialists or journalists. It’ll be a brilliant fanzine show that will cater to what every super fan needs.”
She added: "I'm so happy that Big Brother is back on our screens! I’m such a massive fan of the show so I’m over the moon that I’ve been asked to be a part of it. I can’t wait to get stuck in!”
The show starts on August 18 at 10:30PM on Channel 5, straight after the launch of Celebrity Big Brother 2011.
