Skincare brand Freederm will return as the sponsors for the new Big Brother on Channel 5, after previously sponsoring the show on Channel 4. The company have teamed up with the reality series and will advertise on Big Brother, Celebrity Big Brother and spin-off Big Brother's Bit On The Side.
As part of the sponsorship Freederm branding will be used on all Big Brother marketing - include the new Big Brother mobile apps, on-air idents and in-store promotions and competitions for tickets.
Virginia Mellis, brand manager at Freederm, said: "Freederm is a brand that wants to be associated with fresh, modern and innovative partners. In Channel 5 and Big Brother we have achieved that objective."
Nick Bampton, commercial sales director of Channel 5, said: "Big Brother is a unique fame-building property and in Freederm we have found a likeminded organisation that believes in the value of a broader partnership arrangement."
Freederm sponsored the show for its last series on Channel 4. Previous sponsors have included Lucozade, Virgin Media and The Carphone Warehouse.
The new Big Brother ad will air tonight on Channel 5.
