Twins Sam and Amanda, better known as 'Samanda' after finishing Big Brother 8 back in 2007 in second place, have revealed their thoughts and expectations of the upcoming series on Channel 5, saying they believe the show will be “more evil” than ever this year.
The hit reality series returns for its 12 year on the telly next month on Channel 5, less than a year after it was 'axed for good' by Channel 4 last summer.
Speaking about the resurrection of the format on a new channel, Amanda said: “I reckon Big Brother is definitely gonna be more evil because it’s got to get the viewers in, it’s got to be like a different twist.
"Maybe they’ll have brothers this time, brother twins."
We're hoping show bosses will be a tad more inventive than that...
Sister Sam agreed that this year's show should be as evil as possible, saying: “I just think like, each Big Brother keeps getting more evil and evil, they know that they can do more evil tasks and get away with it so why not. So hopefully because I like to see a bit of evil.”
The pair also went on to talk about ratings and how well the show might perform. Amanda and Sam both agreed this series could be one of the best yet, with Sam adding: “It’s so exciting and I just love all the gossip”
The show kicks off with a celebrity version from August 17. Stars rumored for the house include Imogen Thomas, X Factor's Jedward and Wagner, Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding and Natasha Giggs.
