Kay Lovelle has spoken out about what really happened when she left Big Brother 2018.
A Big Brother spokesperson confirmed earlier this week that Kay had departed the show in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
They said in a short statement: "Kay decided to leave the Big Brother House in the early hours of this morning. The other Housemates are aware."
Kay's exit played out in Tuesday's highlights show as she was seen rowing with Lewis Flanagan before asking Big Brother to leave.
BB asked Kay to sleep on her decision but she packed her bags and walked out.
Now speaking out after leaving, Kay has claimed what aired didn't fairly represent her departure.
She said: "I was told by production, in the whole of Big Brother history, they've never had an exit like mine. I was told how positive it was and how the housemates came together and everybody was crying.
"They didn't even air half of the things that happened. How they huddled in a circle around me and I was inside the circle, and I made this speech and I cried, they cried.
"My final Diary Room speech was from the heart and probably the best thing I've ever experienced in my life. My exit, I've never felt more love, more support, and more warmth from people, and I wish that they could give the Diary Room speech to me to put out, because what happened in that house this year was so beautiful."
She told Digital Spy: "I would have thought if anything, that would be interesting to air, to be shown to the public. Something completely different from the usual bitchy scenario and the drama.
"It shouldn't be a cover-up, and I think it would shock the public, with the real stuff that went on and the amount of love that was there."
In an interview on Bit On The Side earlier this week, Kay added of her exit: "Originally I came on the show to promote veganism. I think because of the editing process they pick the most intense, dramatic moments. I think my narrative was 'unstable vegan'."
Channel 5 declined to comment to the website about Kay's claims.
Big Brother 2018 airs Sunday-Fridays night at 10PM on Channel 5.
