Transgender journalist Paris Lees is the latest name reported to have signed up for Celebrity Big Brother 2018.

The TV presenter and activist has written for numerous newspapers and worked as a presenter on TV and Radio, including BBC Radio 1 and Channel 4.

She has been a regular fan of Big Brother, often appearing on spin-off show Bit On The Side.

Now she's set to take a step further and enter the house this summer, according to The Sun newspaper.

"It's a done deal. Paris has signed the contract is going to join the show," a source told the tabloid.

The new series of Celebrity Big Brother this summer - which could be the last ever - has an 'Eye Of The Storm' theme.

Channel 5 explained: "All of the celebrity names entering the house will have been caught up in their own media storm. And now, the celebrities are once again putting themselves in the public eye and this time they have a lot to prove."

Alongside Paris, some names linked to the Celebrity Big Brother 2018 cast include headline grabbing footballer Jermaine Pennant and Kieran Hayler, the estranged husband of former Celebrity Big Brother winner herself Katie Price.

More of the names rumoured are Hollywood actress Kirstie Alley, Meghan Markle's sister Samantha Markle, and American porn actress Stormy Daniels, who is currently at the centre of controversy surrounding president Donald Trump.

Yet more celebs tipped for the Celebrity Big Brother 2018 line up this summer include Love Island's Gabby Allen, X Factor and Ex On The Beach's Casey Johnson, TOWIE's Dan Osbourne, Corrie's Ryan Thomas and TV presenter John Leslie.

The Celebrity Big Brother launch date is currently rumoured (but not yet officially confirmed) for Friday, August 17.
