Former Big Brother housemate Lateysha Grace has defended her 'controversial' new reality series.
Welsh reality star Lateysha previously appeared on MTV series The Valleys before joining the BBUK house in 2016.
And now she's set for her very own show, featuring her daughter Wynter.
Called Million Dollar Baby, it'll follow Lateysha as she attempts to become a millionaire businesswoman with her child.
Lateysha said: "Growing up, my mum never had money and we didn’t have the best of life, so I always knew when I had a child, I just wanted to give them the best life I could, so this is why we’re doing this journey.
"Every moment is a cute moment with Wynter. She’s honestly the most amazing, beautiful, smart, funny child. She’s the best thing that has ever, ever, ever happened to me."
However the premise of the show has prompted some to accuse Lateysha of 'using' her daughter.
In particular, Lateysha's decision to set up an Instagram account for her 2-year-old has proved controversial.
Appearing on Good Morning Britain, Lateysha insisted: "Everything I'm doing is for her.
"It's not about me, it's about her. Everything I'm doing is for her. Every bit of money I make is going into her savings.
"I just want to give her the best life I can."
Lateysha concluded: "I'm sure she won't be complaining when she's older."
Following the first episode on Wednesday night, Lateysha tweeted today: "I am absolutely overwhelmed by the amount of positive feedback we’ve had for @mtvmilliondollarbaby ! 😭😭😭😭
"We went above our target of live viewers thank you thank you thank you for supporting us 🙏🏽 the show only gets better. Love you 💗💗💗"
The series continues Wednesdays at 9PM on MTV.
