Big Brother is being tipped for the axe after 2018.
The show's future remains unconfirmed beyond the end of the year, but bookies aren't expecting it to be back.
The next series of Big Brother might just be the last, according to Ladbrokes.
As speculation surrounding the future of the 18-year old show continues to mount, the bookies have responded by making it just a 2/1 shot that Channel 5 make this summer's series the last.
However in some good news for BB fans is that it's just 6/1 for the show to switch platforms to Amazon Prime, while 10/1 says Netflix strike a deal.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: "It looks as though Big Brother may have finally run its course, with odds of the show getting scrapped now at record lows."
The current contract between programme makers Endemol and Channel 5 comes to an end after the summer.
With falling ratings, it had been reported last month that Channel 5 weren't planning to renew their deal for any more series.
"It would be the end of an era but they feel the time is right to end."
But sources insisted that discussions remained ongoing.
Deadline said that there was "no truth" (yet) in the rumours that the show has been axed.
"Both companies are still in discussions over future series when the contract for the house-based entertainment format ends later this year," they added.
A spokesperson for Channel 5 said: "Channel 5 are committed to a further series of Big Brother and of Celebrity Big Brother later this year."
