Viewing figures for Celebrity Big Brother 2017 have continued to rise this week.
Following the climb after Trisha's eviction (contrary to the idea that her exit would see numbers drop), ratings have increased again over the past few episodes.
Tuesday and Wednesday's highlights each averaged 1.5 million viewers, the bes numbers since launch week and up 200,000 viewers each on their respective episodes from the week before.
Last night saw 1.4 million tune in for the latest highlights with Bit On The Side averaging 300,000 viewers.
However, the current series still remains well down on last year and even below 2015's UK v USA series.
The current average is 1.3 million viewers for the show compared to 2016's 1.6 million and 2015's 1.5 million, making it the least watched Celebrity Big Brother run ever, based on overnight data.
However in official figures - which take into account those who caught up in the seven days after each episode - the current series averages 1.9 million. This makes for a healthier comparison compared to 2016's 2.1 million and matches 2015's 1.9 million official average.
The ongoing Celebrity Big Brother's viewing figures haven't been helped by ever-changing scheduling.
Last Friday's eviction aired at 8:30PM rather than the usual 9PM start time and it's the same tonight.
And on Saturday nights, the episodes don't begin until 10:30PM, although you can watch them at 9PM but on 5Star instead of Channel 5.
The live final will air next Friday night (August 25) at 9PM.
