In a chat with Big Brother in the Diary Room in the house today (Sunday), Paul revealed he was hoping to be the last housemate left standing.
Paul told Big Brother: "I've been lucky and things have happened but a lot of things haven't and rejection's a massive thing and I'm fed up with being rejected. I'm fed up with coming second.
"It's all about first now. It's all about winning. And that's what I want and that's the truth."
Paul explained: "You know, I want to win everything that I do from now on. I didn't think like that before.
"I wanted to, but I didn't put the effort in and you have to put the effort in. You know, I have to get immunity, immunity is everything in this house.
"You know, I want to stay in this House and I want to go to the final. That's my goal. "
He went on: "I hope that it happens.. it will happen, it will happen. Cause if I don't say it will happen then I'm not confident enough and I have to be confident.
"And at the moment, I'm happy with myself for the first time in a long time."
While Paul may be confident, his chances of winning CBB look slim right now. He's currently the outsider to win at 20/1 while Sarah Harding is currently the favorite.
Celebrity Big Brother 2017 continues nightly on Channel 5.
The CBB final airs on Friday, August 25.
