Celebrity Big Brother looks to have seen its lowest ever viewing figures for last night's episode.
An average audience of 813,000 tuned in to the latest episode which had all the makings of a low rated show airing on a Saturday at 10:30PM.
We believe we're correct in saying its the lowest rating Celebrity Big Brother has ever recorded since it began back in 2001 on Channel 4. The previous low was in 2015's summer UK v USA series when 820,000 watched one of the Saturday episodes.
In 2016 the first summer Saturday show had 1.4 million viewers based on the same overnight rating as yesterday's figure.
The current series of Celebrity Big Brother had launched with 1.8 million viewers back on last Tuesday night.
Despite the low numbers, CBB still beat Football On Five last night which averaged just over 600,000 viewers before the latest action from the all star house.
Elsewhere in last night's TV ratings, the World Athletics Championships 2017 averaged 6 million viewers on BBC One with a huge peak of 8.9 million as the 100 Metre Final took place.
Over on ITV, Catchphrase had 2.6 million viewers while The Hobbit movie series continued with 2.2 million watching The Battle of the Five Armies.
