In an interview with The Bolton News, she said that 'family came first'.
"Yes, my team's been approached. But for now my main priority is my husband and daughter. There's no way I can leave my daughter for so long and have no contact with my family," she Faryal explained. "Although I want to thank Big Brother for even considering me."
She previously posted a message online to her followers last month asking if she should take part.
"Hey guys, I got asked to be on Celebrity Big Brother..." wrote Faryal. “It’s a very tricky one and idk if I can do it…
“I want my followers advice. On my last Instagram post, tell me whether I should or shouldn’t?
“I want you guys to pick…”
Fans encouraged her: "Do it Faryal go on cbb, it'd be sick... you'd be amazing!!! Go for it..."
Faryal's relationship with Amir has made headlines over the past few months after a number of very public spats with her in-laws.
Then a leaked sex tape of Amir saw his and Faryal's marriage in the spotlight again.
"It is something that happened a long long time ago," Amir said of the tape. "This was well before my marriage.
"It's come out now. It's trying to put me down."
It's understood that this summer's Celebrity Big Brother will again see a mix of new housemates as well as former stars returning.
Supposedly titled 'Summer Legends', other new housemates alongside Faryal could include TOWIE's Bobby Norris and Union J singer Jaymi Hensley.
Possible All Star housemates include Katie Price, Rihan Sugden and Luisa Zissman.
Celebrity Big Brother will return to Channel 5 in the New Year.
