Big Brother 2017 could begin in June on Channel 5, it's been claimed.
With the winter run of Celebrity Big Brother now over, it's onto this summer's main 'civilian' series.
And rumour has it that we can expect the show to be back on air in June, according to The Sun newspaper.
Over the years the Big Brother start date has varied rather wildly, ranging from as early as May 12 in 2015 to as late as September 9 in 2011.
Last year's run began on June 7 and it seems as though we can expect a similar launch for this year, although of course it'll be months yet before any official confirmation.
But what has been revealed is that Big Brother 2017 will see a brand new twist to this year's show.
For the 2017 summer series, Big Brother bosses were looking for ONLY duos to apply; just pairs of wannabes could audition for this year's Big Brother.
The (now closed) BB auditions page said that they were looking for pairs who "fancy yourselves as TV's next duo".
"We're on the lookout for outgoing pairs with strong opinions and stand out personalities from across the UK! You can apply with anyone you consider to be family - wall welcome to apply," the webpage stated.
Although only pairs could audition, the webpage did tease that they may be split up during the process. We know how Big Brother likes to twist things...
Meanwhile, Big Brother's summer run will again be followed by another series of Celebrity Big Brother.
It'll be the show's landmark 20th show and it's set to be another All Star's special, supposedly titled 'Summer Legends'.
