Rylan Clark-Neal is NOT quitting Celebrity Big Brother for his ITV game show

Big Brother 2016

Rylan Clark-Neal has denied he'll be leaving Celebrity Big Brother for ITV.

The former X Factor singer turned TV host has a brand new game show on the channel starting later this year.

But Rylan has insisted it won't mean him departing his role on Big Brother spin-off show Bit On The Side.

Ryla said: “We will be back in the summer and I’m looking forward to it. I’m not leaving, don’t worry, everyone keeps saying, ‘Oh he’s leaving as he’s got this new game show.’

"Don’t worry, I’m not leaving. We will be back in the summer and I can’t wait.”

It was revealed this week that Rylan would be fronting a new ITV show based on Russian dolls.

The Essex boy has slowly been climbing the TV ladder since taking part in The X Factor in 2012.

And now The Sun claims he's about to reach new heights with his first major solo presenting gig for ITV.

The newspaper says Rylan will front 'Babushka', a new gameshow which involves contenders using their knowledge to open Russian nesting dolls.

If they find a smaller doll inside, they can continue to play - but if they don't, they leave with nothing.

"From his showbiz segment on This Morning to presenting Xtra Factor – Rylan has been a huge hit with ITV viewers," an insider commented.

They added: "Given his energetic and bubbly personality, ITV chiefs think Rylan will be the perfect presenter for this fun new game show."

As well as his work on Big Brother and this new game show, Rylan last year fronted X Factor spin-off Xtra Factor and regular hosts the Showbiz segment on This Morning.
