The housemates have reacted to Calum Best's eviction on Celebrity Big Brother 2017 last night.
Since Monday night, the public had been voting for their winner and voting froze during yesterday’s live show. Host Emma Willis announced that the Housemate with the fewest votes and therefore tenth to be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house was Calum.
Calum said his goodbyes and left to cheers from the crowd.
Back in the house, while some were shocked Nicola McLean confidently declared she 'knew' Calum would be going.
"I guess everyone right, I just get a strong feeling. I'm a white witch, aren't I?" she said.
Nicola added: "I'm gutted for him because he really wanted to make the final."
However Calum's exit didn't concern the housemates for too long as Big Brother gathered the group for an end of series awards ceremony.
Meanwhile, Calum spoke to Emma outside of the house.
He said on his return to the show as an All Star housemate: “It hasn’t been tougher with the people, it’s been tougher with what Big Brother brought to the table.”
“The first time round, I quite guarded, this time I wanted to be more open but I’m not a great people person.”
On being evicted just before Friday's final, he added: “I’m sad to come out now but they are all very worthy opponents (in the final).”
Speaking about losing his cool in the house, Calum admitted “The experience was starting to drain me, we had the jail task, and I had this ear infection, and not being active played on my mind a bit, then Jedward bless them….”
He continued: “They enjoy themselves but I see they don’t give that respect back. They are smart, successful, they run a good business but when it comes to being people, overall I can’t give them grief cos they do well for themselves.”
Celebrity Big Brother 2017 continues nightly on Channel 5.
