Celebrity Big Brother 2017 fees! How much are the celebrities paid?

Celebrity Big Brother 2017

This year's Celebrity Big Brother 2017 line up are reportedly getting paid some of the biggest fees ever.

And US musician Ray J is said to be topping the list despite walking out.

Singer Ray J previously dated Kim Kardashian and back in 2007 appeared in a leaked sex tape with her that hit the internet.

Show bosses were reportedly in talks to get Ray - who is cousin to fellow music star Snoop Dogg - to appear on Celebrity Big Brother for a while.

A 'CBB source' told The Sun newspaper previously: “Kim is one of the biggest celebrities in the world and they were never going to get her but booking Ray J means they’ll get someone with proper insight into what goes on behind closed doors."

According to TMZ, Ray's deal is worth a cool $1 million which works out just over £800,000 at the time of writing.

And even though he left early, it's been reported that Ray J will still get a pay out 'in the high six figures' for his stay.

Meanwhile, All Star duo Speidi - who were evicted last Friday - were said to be scooping $700,000 between them, which works out at just under £600,000.

If the numbers are to be believed it makes the housemates this year the highest paid to date.

Previous high payouts include £500,000 for Jedward, £400,000 for Katie Price and £600,000 for David Gest.

Elsewhere, it's been claimed that James Jordan is getting an undisclosed six figure deal for his stay.

But while some celebs are expecting big pay cheques at the end of the series, it won't be the same for all of them.

Fees for little known stars can be as little as £10,000.

Those joining Speidi and Ray J on the line up this year are All Stars: James Jordan, Jasmine Waltz, Austin Armacost, Coleen Nolan, Nicola McLean, Calum Best, Jedward, and New Stars: Bianca Gascoigne, Stacy Francis, Brandon Block, James Cosmo, Jamie O’Hara, Angie Best, Jessica Cunningham, Kim Woodburn and Chloe Ferry.

Celebrity Big Brother 2017 continues nightly on Channel 5.
