Footballer Jamie O’Hara is set to join the Celebrity Big Brother line up, and his ex Danielle Lloyd could join him.
Channel 5 previously announced a brand new twist to the next Celebrity Big Brother with a mix of former CBB housemates as well as new faces on the line up.
Celebrity Big Brother's so-called 'All Stars v New Stars' will launch on January 3 on Channel 5
According to The Sun newspaper, footballer Jamie O’Hara has signed up as one of the 'New Stars'.
"Jamie is the big surprise signing for this year’s series. It’s not been an easy decision for him to make but with all his injuries he needs to be earning some money," a source told the newspaper.
According to the tabloid, show bosses are also keen to sign his ex-wife Danielle.
She previously entered in the house during the Channel 4 era, appearing in the controversial 2007 'race row' series alongside the late Jade Goody.
“As it’s a new stars versus old stars series, there have been attempts to sign Danielle as well," the source said. “Obviously there is no love lost before the pair so it could be explosive if both appear.”
Other new stars linked to the Celebrity Big Brother 2017 cast include X Factor singer Sam Callahan, Love Island's Olivia Buckland, Shameless actor Jody Latham, The Apprentice's Jessica Cunningham, reality TV regular Bianca Gascoigne and snooker ace Ronnie O'Sullivan.
Meanwhile, past 'all star' housemates who could be returning include Austin Armacost, Coleen Nolan, Lauren Harries, Jedward, Calum Best, Katie Price, Nicola McLean, American couple Speidi - Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag - and Jasmine Waltz.
