Rylan will then return as host of spin-off show Bit On The Side, airing each week night straight after the main show.

Channel 5 last week confirmed that the new series of the show will - as widely rumoured - see a mix of former Celebrity Big Brother housemates as well as new faces.

New stars rumoured include recent I'm A Celeb winner Scarlett Moffatt, TOWIE's Danielle Armstrong, reality TV regular Bianca Gascoigne and snooker ace Ronnie O'Sullivan.

Meanwhile, past 'all star' housemates who are rumoured to be returning include Jedward, Angelique 'Frenchy' Morgan, ex Strictly pro James Jordan, Katie Price, Nicola McLean, American couple Speidi - Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag - and model Jasmine Lennard, as well as most winner Stephen Bear.

The official Celebrity Big Brother 2017 start date was also revealed last week with the new series kicking off with its live launch at 9PM, Tuesday, January 3.

There host Emma Willis will introduce us to the new Celebrity Big Brother line up, made up of the returning housemates and new faces.

At 11:05PM, Rylan Clark-Neal will be back to host Bit On The Side while at midnight there will be live streaming. The show then continues nightly at 9PM ahead of the first eviction scheduled for Friday, January 6.

The Friday shows will be split into two parts, airing at 9PM and 10:30PM, with a new series of Lip Sync Battle UK sandwiched inbetween.

Rumour has it that we could be in store for one of the longest series yet, with early schedule information suggesting 40 episodes planned for what will be the show's 19th series overall.
