Christopher Biggins admits in tonight's Celebrity Big Brother he needs to be careful about what he says.
Channel 5 confirmed yesterday evening that Biggins had been removed from the house after a string of comments 'capable of causing offence'.
A statement read: “Big Brother has taken the decision to remove Christopher Biggins from the Celebrity Big Brother house.
"Since entering Big Brother, he has made a number of comments capable of causing great offence to housemates and the viewing public."
They added: "Big Brother does not tolerate offensive language capable of causing widespread offence. Christopher Biggins has left the house.”
In this evening's episode, in the lead up to his removal, Christopher is seen talking to Grants and suggests he's already been warned a number of times.
Grant says: “I’ve just become really analytical of my actions and my words”
Biggins replies: “I’ve made three mistakes in here so I’ve been chastised.
"So I’ve become very aware and careful…of course the thing is as you relax it gets worse cause you think you’re at home."
It seems that Biggins relaxes a little too much as later, Big Brother gathers the Housemates at the sofas and informs them that Biggins has been removed from the Big Brother House and will not be returning.
More details about Biggins' removal will be in tonight's show on Channel 5 at 10:30PM.
Following Biggins' departure yesterday evening, his agent Jonathan Shalit defended the "wonderful man" in a statement: "I've been close friends and worked with Biggins for many years and can confirm that he would never intentionally cause offence.
"If something was said in jest which caused offence then I am certain that was not his intention.
"Biggins is a much loved and wonderful man."
Celebrity Big Brother airs nightly on Channel 5.
