It was the Big Brother 2016 final last night and the result is understood to be the show's closest ever.
Yesterday evening saw Emma Willis announce it was Jason Burrill who won Big Brother 2016, scooping a total prize pot worth £90,000.
He beat strong favourite Hughie Maughan in what proved to be a surprising night of results.
Earlier in the evening, Evelyn Ellis had beaten Jayne Connery to be named the top girl of the series while Andy West made an early departure in fourth place, having been the one expected to rival Hughie.
It's been reported that less than 1% split Hughie and Jason by the time the final vote closed, making it possibly the closest Big Brother result ever.
It compares to the 1.2% splitting Helen Wood and Ashleigh Coyle back in 2014 and the 5% between Luke Anderson and Adam Kelly in 2012.
Meanwhile the most recent CBB saw Scotty T beat Stephanie Davis by 10% while last summer's CBB was won by James Hill with 12% more of the vote than than runner up Austin Armacost.
Not too surprisingly, the closeness of last night's BBUK result has seen a huge mixed reaction.
In term 'FIX' began to trend on Twitter shortly after the final while there was a polarised set of comments on our Facebook page.
Ruth wrote: "What a big let down can't believe boring Jason won yes as you say it's a game and he played it but didn't think you won by being so very boring."
However Joy posted: "Well done Jason right person won for once the British public got it right it's a game show and you played it extremely well"
At the studio itself the announcement of Jason's victory was met by BOOS as he left the house.
But still, he's got £90k in the bank now so we doubt he's that upset.
Big Brother will return next summer on Channel 5.
