Andy West could cause an upset to Big Brother 2016 favourite Hughie Maughan.

We're just a day away from the BBUK final and things are heating up between the remaining housemates.

Last night's show was another dramatic one as housemates cracked just days before the final. The pressure is on as the winner will be crowned on Tuesday, but what once looked like a one horse race could now become a two horse race as the odds begin to shift.

Hughie Maughan remains the favourite to win, but after days of shortening, the Irish traveller has suddenly drifted to 8/15 from 1/3 to claim the title.

Bookies Boylespots say Andy West could pip Hughie to the post, after fresh support from punters saw the journalist shorten into 5/2 from 9/2.

Despite Jason requesting to leave the house yet again, he has surprisingly shortened into 5/1 from 6/1 to win.

Meanwhile the rest of the housemates look set for runner up spots with Jayne and Jackson at 20/1 and Evelyn at 22/1.

Aoife Heffron from bookies BoyleSports said: “It looked like it was going to be plain sailing for Hughie but there has been a recent burst of support for Andy, who was awarded most deserving contestant to win by his fellow housemates, which has resulted in the Dubliner’s odds drifting.”

She added: “Although Hughie has been eased to 8/15 from 1/3, he remains a firm favourite and continues to hold the largest liability in the book.”

Big Brother continues nightly with the final on Tuesday on Channel 5.
