Big Brother 2016 will be over a lot sooner than we expected, we can confirm.
In her latest video diary on the official website, host Emma Willis spilled the news that the series had just three and a half weeks to go.
Emma said: "It is is eviction day, it's eviction number 3 and there are only three and a half weeks left of the series, what are we going to do with them all?"
Channel 5 have since confirmed to us this evening that the series will conclude later this month.
It means that Big Brother 2016 will be the shortest EVER summer show.
Having started less than a month ago on June 7, if it ends before the end of July its run time would be at most 54 days, 12 fewer than last year and almost 20 fewer than 2014's show.
The next shortest series were the first four to air back on Channel 4, coming in at a total of 64 days each.
As it stands there are a total of fifteen housemates in the house with just the one leaving tonight.
But a twist is in store with a massive 'eviction massacre' planned for Friday, July 15, which is part of a new 'annihilation' week.
Even taking that into account, with so many housemates and only a few weeks left of the series, we're still looking at a load of double evictions to get numbers down to 6 or so for the final.
With BBUK concluding this month it also means we should expect a few weeks' gap before the start of Celebrity Big Brother which is expected to begin in mid-August.
For now, BB continues tonight at 9PM on Channel 5.
