576 viewers in total have complained over the last week after last Sunday night's episode which began with a warning about 'risky sexual activity'.
In scenes that followed, Laura Carter was seen strangling and whipping Marco Pierre White Jr with a belt before he sucked her breasts in the garden.
Later the two hit the bedroom and had sex under the covers with their fellow housemates next to them.
"We will assess these complaints before deciding whether to investigate or not," a spokesperson for TV watchdog Ofcom said.
Fortunately for Ofcom's complaint handlers, Marco was evicted on Friday night so the controversial actions may be cut back now.
Another person who seems to be glad Marco is out is his own mum, Mati Conejero.
Speaking to the Daily Mail newspaper this weekend, she revealed how she was in tears watching the show.
"I broke down when I saw that for how lost he is," she told the publication. "I feel so helpless that I can't do anything, but how would you feel when your beautiful baby boy ends up a man covered in tattoos, with the word 'Broken' across his face."
Mati continued: "In another scene on Big Brother I saw him crying. Even at the time, I thought he was not distressed about Big Brother – but about his life outside.
"I had hoped he might learn some lessons in there about what is and isn't socially acceptable. But Mini doesn't know any boundaries and now he's in a place where he can't control the situation. One of the girls on the show said he was like a six-year-old boy."
Big Brother continues nightly on Channel 5.
