It could mean Marco being forced to leave the series, assuming he isn't evicted in tonight's show, of course.

According to the Daily Mail newspaper, Marco has reportedly been summonsed to court over a charge of driving while under the influence of drugs.

He was allegedly found to have more than 200 microgrammes of cocaine in his blood following a police stop back in April.

It's said that Marco is set to appear for a hearing at Hammersmith Magistrates Court next week when he could potentially still be locked up in the house.

A spokesperson for Big Brother declined to comment on the reports.

Whether or not the charge becomes a problem for Big Brother bosses depends on tonight's live show.

Marco faces the first eviction tonight against Georgina Leigh Cantwell, Emma Jensen and Andy West.

Bookies have made the wild child, son of celebrity chef Marco Pierre White, the odds-on favourite to get the boot.

If Marco does leave he'll be the only male housemate to be evicted first in Big Brother's 16 year history.

Big Brother airs tonight at 9PM on Channel 5.
