Alex Cannon remains the favourite to win Big Brother even though he barely featured in last night's show.

In fact, despite almost not being seen at all, his odds have actually been cut by bookmakers Ladbrokes.

The Scouse model is proving all the rage with punters and fans have continued to back him, which has seen his odds of winning tumble into just 7/2 (from 5/1) in a matter of hours.

Alex has lots of celebrity support outside the house with pal and Judge Geordie co-star Vicky Pattison championing him.

And the bookies are already looking ahead to life outside the house for Alex and Vicky, giving odds of 6/4 that the pair start dating before the end of 2016.

Meanwhile, Jackson looks to be Alex's main threat for Big Brother glory and he remains in second position in the betting at 11/2, whilst there's 8/1 on offer that Emma Willis names Andy or Jason as the eventual winner.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "Big Brother fans can't get enough of Alex and he's surging ahead as the clear favourite already. Viewers would love to see Alex and Vicky have a crack at love."
